Fanluhao Company was established in 1987 and is located at No. 17 Qiangwei Road, Yumachi Industrial Park, Chayuan New Area, Nan’an District, Chongqing Economic and Technological Development Zone. The company is conveniently situated adjacent to the Jiangnan Interchange, with excellent transportation links and well-developed supporting infrastructure. It occupies a site of over 39,000 square meters and has a total floor area of more than 30,000 square meters.
The company currently employs nearly 169 staff members, including more than 30 mid- and senior-level technical, quality, and management personnel, among whom is one Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
The company is a specialized manufacturer of powder metallurgy products, integrating R&D, manufacturing, and sales. It specializes in the production of a wide range of powder metallurgy components and has been dedicated for many years to the R&D of parts and components for automobiles, motorcycles, home appliances, and power tools. Its main product line comprises automotive and motorcycle drive gears (assemblies) and related components. Currently, the company offers five major product series comprising more than 60 specifications and models, including various synchronizers, motorcycle accessories, engine components, centering sleeves, stamped parts, die-cast parts, and other items.
The company boasts state-of-the-art production equipment: currently operating four dedicated powder metallurgy production lines, 15 large-scale mechanical and hydraulic presses, 10 stamping presses of various types, 3 die-casting machines, 3 sintering furnaces, more than 40 CNC lathes and wire-cutting machining centers, as well as three ultrasonic cleaning lines and three assembly lines.
The company is equipped with state-of-the-art inspection equipment, including one high-precision gear inspection center, one high-precision three-coordinate measuring machine, and more than 80 other types of inspection instruments and devices. Building on its ISO 9001 certification, the company is currently implementing the ISO/TS 16949 quality management system. Through QCC team activities and the application of advanced tools such as the 8D problem-solving methodology and Lean Six Sigma, the company conducts continuous quality improvement and enhancement initiatives to ensure that the physical quality of its products meets or exceeds customer expectations.
The company has implemented 6S workplace management and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) across its production operations, achieving an annual production capacity of 10 million units/sets of various powder metallurgy gears, 6 million units/sets of stamped parts of all types, and 8 million units/sets of die-cast parts of all types. Currently, monthly output stands at 800,000 powder metallurgy gears, 400,000 stamped parts, and 500,000 die-cast parts.
